December Club Meeting and Annual Dinner!

 
Please, we would greatly appreciate your participation at the
December Club Meeting and Annual Dinner!

This is your opportunity to wish everyone a Happy Holiday Season and Prosperous New Year!

The next Club meeting is scheduled for this Sunday December 6th. This time the Club meeting meeting will first start at 10am with a breakfast at the Bagel Factory! Don't forget about the annual Dinner which is scheduled for the following Sunday December 13th. The annual diner restaurant and agenda will be finalized at the December 6th Cub meeting so don't miss out! We are also going to plan on 2010 season Garage Parties TO-DO (please, you need to attend the meeting to be on the GP list!). The 2010 MINI~Q has been scheduled for Sunday May 16th (one day only), and we are looking for new staff volunteers. Also new Club brochures presentation and the Club Membership drive for next year will begin! As always, free raffles held at every club meeting while the prizes last!

Club Meetings: Everyone is invited to join us at the monthly Club meetings and become an official member with suggested donation of $25 per year. As an official member receive FREE E–Mail account, Club Sticker, Membership Card and Personal Invitation Cards. Enjoy free participation at our Rallies or Tour events (when applicable), discounts on Polo Shirts, T-Shirts and other apparel. When weather permitted, from the Club meeting we sometime leave early to places of interest, like MINI Golf, Bowling, and early lunch etc. Also included are free raffles held at every club meeting while the prizes last.

GARAGE Parties: For everyone who is interested to learn, experience first hand and find how-to maintain, upgrade or modify their MINI Cooper performance; thru out the year we schedule on as time/date available basis our Club organized GARAGE Parties. Learn how to safely change Oil, Air and Oil filters, Break system Pads or Rotors, all kinds of Fluids including the type of fluid to use for a specific job, and where to get the best OEM parts pricing, car Battery and Fuses, change Tires and repair or replace Exhaust system plus much more. Keep in touch on the Club Forum web site http://www.usminiclub.com for the schedule announcements!

Breakfasts: Everyone is invited to Sundays Bagel and Coffee breakfast at “The Bagel Factory” located in Airport Plaza Farmingdale of off Rt. 110 starting 10am to 11am, yes every Sunday, rain snow or shine!
