We will meet in Freeport on Woodcleft to keep it simple-then we are leaving to Zum Stummtish  about 11:30 or so. I still need to make reservations so email is going out today with reply requested to reserve your place.

OK this is very important!
I just got of off the phone with Zum Stammtish and the
reservations are confirmed for 3:30pm!!!!
This should not be a problem for anyone I hope? It's my fault for waiting this long to get replies...sorry.

We are doing the 11:00am meeting then maybe a small rally to go shopping? Any other ideas?

I do not think I can do this... Can we do the meeting at 11ish, tehn the people that can go, can go?  we can meet and talk about issues at freeport or teh mall?   I just a thought cause I liek to go to the meetings :-)
