        03/27/2011 Sunday, 7th annual Eastern Long Island, this time it is the South Fork Wine Rally, starting at 10:00am from The Bagel Factory located in Airport Plaza Farmingdale of off Rt. 110. This will be an all day event concluding with an afternoon dinner at a restaurant to be determined at the March Club Meeting.

It would have been nice and thoughtful if the meeting was held by any of the attending members rather than making assumptions about BZZZZ.

Once in 7 years missing a meeting is better attendance than anyone member can say.  I had a bad 2 weeks and make no apology for it. On top last 2 days I am dealing with the forum exploit script injection-all is now repaired. This injection caused conflict with the forum emails going out properly-it was not a visible issue and contributed to the notifications not being received by everyone.

Anyone wants to try to beat-me up, you can take a shot this Sunday at the Poker Run.

There is only remote(very remote!) possibility of non-destructive injection to your cookies and browser history-NOT in anyway dangerous! Use your browser "Tools" and "Options" to clear history and cookies, restart your computer when done. You will need to re-enter your login credentials again to get on secured web sites...no big deal. Al of your passwords should be preserved.

Paul, nobody is taking shots at you.  We all realize that amount of responsability there is to running a club.  Everyone appreciates the job you do in running the club.  But this isn't the first time that this has happened.  All folks have a lot going on right now in their lives.  I myself put aside 2 hours from writing a HUGE literary review for a project due today to ride down to Freeport.  How to handle a situation like what happened Sunday has been discussed several times .  Why still is there no reason why someone else can't run the meeting, or the meeting take place at a different venue?  Does not seem like we are moving ahead, but stagnating.

Sorry for your lost time Peter. I fully agree with you, special with this: "Does not seem like we are moving ahead, but stagnating." Most important is the "WE" and that means that "WE" should jointly come up with solutions. Let's open a "Suggestions" BOX! I feel that "WE" meaning all of us, would greatly benefit by communicating and therefore bringing this train back on track. I am making new topic "Suggestions Box" please post there.
