any other interest?Huh  I know I said I would quit after the 2nd Oddities... but I was thinking about Orient and the Coffee Pot. True.. there aren't as many "back" roads as there are on the south fork (due to the north fork being a bit skinnier) but there are less traveled roads.

As far as place to eat..well.. we once did stop at the Lobster Roll North and had a great time!.. let alone the other places in Greenport and elsewhere.

If I only have the two (Matt and Sandy).. then most likely this wont happen.  I really don't want to go thru what happened for the 2nd Oddities Hunt when I only had 2 cars out of a total replies of 11 (4 started  but 1 bowed out sick and the other just up and vanished)

so.. anyone?

My toughs are very much same, why cancel rather lets think of Rob's run as an extension. Where one event leaves off the other begins and it's another story! It would be great if all runs would kind of compliment each other in some ways. Time to work this out as a club and friends having fun, how about it? All club member's have great ideas, and are in many ways enthusiastic looking to help with or add on to any event success.

We all have experienced unselfishness and large amount of help in organizing and executing the MINI~Q events including incredible support from Hassel(Steve Mahoney), Habberstad(Matt Wayne) and Fairfiled MINI(Mark Smith) --- THANK YOU EVERYONE U R THE BEST! No I did not forget Walter! Thank you for great planning and execution to make the MINI's to the Point 3 big success-let's do it again and this time I hope my MINI won't break...Rob we had blast at the Photo-Oddities run no matter how many people attended, you all missed great time-Walter, joined us and it was fun doing it together, your company was appreciated.

Lets hear from everyone by posting your five cents here on both new events, and Rob and Matt you should get together to review all your options.
 Let's MOTOR!

My apology for the delay in posting pictures from MINI~Q on face Book. I am overwhelmingly occupied with my business activities and when the day ends I am just exhausted and need to rest. I will get the pictures organized and on site as soon as possible. Would anyone be able to offer help on this?

I do what runs/events that I can afford because of our current financial situation. Also because of my 90 year old father who has Alzheimer's, I don't know till the last minute if I will be able to make it, and I don't want to say that I'm attending and then have to back out at the last minute.

I have set a date for "MINIs HUNT THE HAMPTONS 3" for September 18th. I do not have all the details with the restaurant worked out yet, but am hoping for the same deal as last year.

I'm with you on that Sharon. I have had a full plate this spring. On the issue of runs,  there is plenty of room on here for different runs. Change is good. Shift gears!
