ok  I know but this is on NEMINI  but the roads are really sweet
http://nemini.org/index.php?topic=1816.msg33382#msg33382,

it starts sunday at 9:30 AT Bear Mtn and drives over the Bear Mtn Bridge and up the East side of the Hudson.. breakfast stop, over the Newberg Bridge and down the west side  and ending on Bear Mtn itself .   check on there to join up and read ALL the posts,,, the route has changed from the first post due to storm damage from Irene  some roads that I love are basically GONE.  So I give this new guy a lot of credit

and no I wont be taking the Fiat

but any LIers wanting to go.. are welcome to join us.. we just have to figure out the best way there... whether the GW up the Palisades or the Taconic to the Bear Mtn Pky and Bear Mtn Bridge.

but from the island.. be prepared for multiple bridge tolls  no matter how we go.. we have to cross bridges 6 times!!  Nj  only twice  Westchester and Ct people  4...

Is Bear Mountain trip this Sunday the 25th or are you talking about the one in October? Is anyone leaving from Long Island? If yes, meeting where and at what time. I'd like to join you. I just don't want to try it myself. Might be alone, but not sure yet.

some are doing it this sunday because they can't go on october 2nd..rob is having his eye surgery this coming tuesday and we won't be able to go after that...we were actually planning to go tomorrow with the fiat because he wants to test it out and we have too much mileage on the mini...but we will see..

the weather is supposed to bad both days, with sunday looking a bit better than sat...so we shall see....

we will be going up tomorrow by ourselves either tomorrow or sunday...so we're out..but i do believe sharon is going next weekend..i can't speak for her, but you can contact her unless she contacted you already and go up with her...
