rob and i have a suggestion...next week is long island's largest festival, the oyster festival in oyster bay long island..they have everything there, arts and crafts, tall ships, pirates and any type of seafood you can imagine including some great pan fried oysters from the mill river rod and gun club which we go up every year for them...if we can get a bunch of minis together, this would be a great festival to attend...so i'm putting this to a vote and rob can get some good roads together...so what is the verdict...

also you can pick a date to go whether sat or sun...

here's the link

http://theoysterfestival.org/

there are designated parking areas and there is always a free shuttle bus transportation starting at 11 to 6:45...the main idea is to get there early to be the first to try the pan fried oysters...we are aiming for center island beach in bayville or mill-max-mfg parking lot..you can pick from those two...

I just got call back from Steve Mahoney@HASSEL and I also like your suggestion for the Oyster festival. I would prefer the Oyster festival next weekend Sunday but we also need to have meeting to go over the holiday dinner schedule and the MINI~Q planning...

My problem is I have to get back to Steve by noon with the decision to have meeting there tomorrow or not?  Very confused HELP!!!!!

Sue do you want me to send out an email-blast announcement on this Oyster festival event? Very confused

I just talked to Steve@HASSEL and the show room is NO-GO! He is unable to open for us so I suggest we go down to Woodcleft Avenue public parking lot as we used to, then hold fast meeting on the Oyster festival, Holiday dinner and next year MINI~Q. We can do this at Jeremy's across the street if you would like? YES!
