Just would like to remind you that you are invited to join us at this year’s 1st US MINI Club meeting tomorrow Sunday February 5th at 11am. The meeting will be hosted by Habberstad MINI located at 945 East Jericho Turnpike. Huntington Station NY 11746.

The meeting will start at 11am in the MINI Show Room and Service Center building on your right when you drive into the parking lot. On the meeting agenda will be the review of the upcoming MINI of Southampton Present's Main St. Cheese Rally planned for Feb 26th 12:00pm by Matt W.

Next on topics is the review of the March 25th Sunday Long Island East End Wineries Rally. We will plan on the favorite Wineries to be visited followed by choosing a place for an early afternoon dinner. The Wineries Rally event review will be followed by the annual POKER Tax-Day Rally event preliminary scheduled for April 15th. The POKER Rally event agenda will be reviewed by Patrick F.

Most important topic at the meeting is the annual MINI-Q 1012 Auto Show scheduled for May 13th Sunday at the Bethpage State Park Picnic Grounds. We will be distributing the MINI-Q invitation post-cards so please attend the meeting to pick yours up.  On the review schedule will be the MINI-Q Auto Show and Racing Contest, BBQ food and beverages (Water/Soda/Beer) choices, Staff volunteer’s assignment including the Breast Cancer Research Charity drive event planning by Robert F.

As per requests we have recently received, we would like to plan on alternating monthly Club Meetings to be scheduled at Habberstad MINI, Hassel MINI and MINI of Southampton. Additionally we would like to suggest a BBQ Beach Party to be combined with the MINI of Southampton Club meeting scheduled for June or July?

Come and join us to have a voice in the Club activities planning and meet new Club Members including helping us with the MINI-Q Auto Show invites distribution-see you at the meeting!

Hello!   You're kidding right?     You schedule a Club meeting on Super-bowl Sunday on Long Island NY?  Very inconsiderate scheduling at the very least...   

I would love to be at that meeting but I've got Polar Bears at Long Beach at noon and then it's the Warm-Up Lunch and then preparations for the Big Blue party for the Super Bowl.   You should have scheduled for the following weekend,  got nothing then.

Thankfully It was not sheduled for the following weekend, because I other obligations!  Thankfully it was scheduled absolutly perfectly by our fearless leaders, and being superbowl is primarily a day spent with good friends, what better day to pick to chill the morning with the MINI peeps!!!!!  I vote we schedule a Club Meeting every year on Super bowl!!!!!!!

Next year is bad for me because I plan to be at the game.  but a good time was had by all.  the next few months will be fun
