I  tag a mini while moving . He was stop in traffic on the triboro bridge. I stop next to hime in my Scion Xb and handed me the miniQ  coupon.

No, actually, I pulled up beside her while she stopped at the light on the off-ramp, and used my natural charms to get her to roll down her window so I could give her a flyer.  She looked interested (in the flyer, too!).  =o)
