No, the 07 light bar was just something I wondered about. Half of my car was just replaced, what would I need a new one for

I am going to try this on my driving lights to see if it works. ( first i will bench test it with my meter)

All you doing with this mod is connecting the two lights in parallel or in serial mode which half's the voltage on the bulbs. You'll be better of with relay that just a switch which can burn after short while.
