  As you all know we are planning for June Rally and Photo Tour to Delaware Water Gap and Water Falls. We need your feedback as to which date we should schedule for this event.

(1)...June 23rd Saturday, all day event.
(2)...June 24th Sunday, all day event.

Please reply with your choice by Saturday June 9th a day before the Club Meeting to be held on Sunday 11:30am at Hassel Service Center on 100 Cleveland Avenue, Freeport, NY 11520 where we will make the final decision.

We just registered for the July Rally. Hopefully we will have both of our minis. .....Will there be a route map posted before the ride?

  Thank you Roman....here is the map from Roman for everyone to better plan on the trip. Please we need you to register NOW so we can get a count and know how best to plan on the trip stops. There will be a MINI Performance parts and other goodies RAFFLE! We still have some great prizes left from the MINI~Q. We will be leaving exactly at 8am from Roosevelt field parking lot "N"

My understanding is that the dinner will be late afternoon, then about 2 hrs ride back home.  It is difficult to pinpoint all the times where we will be being that we drive in a group.

I haven't registered yet, but i might be able to come on this rally. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that i won't have a lot of cake orders so that the other baker can come in instead of me.  i won't know until late in the week though.  i hope i can come :-)

ok well sounds good...see you guys there...also, i've been on a few other rallies before with other groups and they've used the 2way radios (like the kind from radio shack) to keep in touch with each other...are you gonna be using them as well?

 Sue and I are HOPING to do this.. (we have Boxes galore in the back room.. and still have to go back to Freeport and get more)

  OK here it is...the final Delaware Rally agenda and Map. Please print yours to bring with you. Also you will need the Rallies Safety Guide and the Rally Liability Waver filled out and signed to participate!

  We are leaving sharp at 8am so be there at last 1/2 hour prior to get briefed on the Rally and or if you have any last questions. The weather is predicted to be just perfect, bring bottle of water, a sandwich or snacks and walky-talky radios are mandatory!
