Picked up my Mini Cooper last Tuesday 6/12/07, 4 miles from the dealer the check engine light came on. I emailed the sales person, he told me to bring it in Thursday 6/14/07 for a software upgrade. Thursday left my car at the dealership for the software upgrade (that should've happened prior to delivery). Picked up the car at the end of the day Thursday, on the way home from work the check engine light came on AGAIN! Emailed the service manager and was informed that when they upgrade the software they clear any codes that might've been so I need to bring it back in. Monday brought it back in, seems "big brute" (the name my car came with) was suffering from a Leak Diagnosis Pump Failure. Finally got her back today (Wednesday) I hope its for good.
