Topic: Sunday Sept 9, 2007 - Meeting  (Read 4073 times)

The next meeting is coming up in a few days and I will not be able to make it.  So this is my contribution to sunday :-)

Things that I think should be talked about

1) we have a few runs/get togethers that have been talked about but not ever set up. 
    a) the "guys night out"
    b) LI beer run
    c) I know I am forgetting somethign....

2) We should start talking about the Mini Q
    a) food
    b) raffles / donations   
    c) possible set up a mini Q comity to delegate responsibility so that Paul can relax a little :-)

3) Can we organize a club detailing day?
    a) people that know about the waxes and clay bar can come show the rest of us how to use them for the best look.
   
That is all I have for now, feel free to add to this :-)

I dont know who would be best for notes.. But possibly a audio recorder, then someone could type up mins. of the meeting.

RLI on either day does not look good for me. So don't count my vote:-(

RLI is the day AFTER Yom Kippur.. it CAN NOT be on Saturday.. only sunday that weekend
