Two autocrosses next weekend both at Nassau Coliseum. The last ones scheduled for the season.

10/27 - SCCA
10/28 - BMW

I plan on attending the BMW event on 10/28 hope to see a few of you there.

Never did an official AutoX. What do I need to bring?   Sat and Sunday are both at Nassau Col?

OK, looks like Sunday is the day for AutoX at the Coliseum. Spoke to CZmini and it's a go so be there by 7:30am to get on the registration line....Saturday is no good for both of us sorry mini_z, we may just stop by to look....

Just to let everyone know - CZMINI had a great run today taking first in class and off the time of a MCS w/Race tires by 2 tenths.

Great day - 6 MINIs + my classic running!

The 2008 Autocross schedule has been finialized and is as follows:

April 26, 2008    Saturday "Test and Tune" at Nassau Coliseum  ( limit 60 cars )
May 10, 2008     Saturday at Nassau Coliseum lot 8
May 24, 2008     Saturday at Nassau Coliseum lot 8 
Aug 3, 2008       Sunday at Nassau Coliseum lot 8
Aug. 23, 2008    Saturday at Nassau Coliseum lot 8
Aug. 30, 2008    Saturday at Nassau Coliseum lot 8
Sept. 6, 2008     Saturday at Nassau Coliseum lot 8
Oct. 25, 2008     Saturday at Nassau Coliseum lot 8

You guys should also consider AutoX at PCA (Porsche Club of America). There autocrosses are extremely competitive and quite fun. They also hold events at Nassau Colli, but Tobay beach is the real deal. Tobay beach events are usually held in october i believe.

Definitely put that under consideration! Hope to see all of you at the events, but I might not be in a Mini anymore. look out of a green '72 BMW 2002tii!
