It can be used for both. Its a autometer monster tach. def useable in a old school car. $100 as its in perfect condition. all you need is the small mount which is like $5

also have 2 blue Sparco Milano 2 seats with brackets and slides. minor wear mark on the left upper bolster on the drivers seat.
