I adjusted the date on the old listing since March 23, sunday turns out to be Easter.

We afre planning a wine ralley.. depending on time... either 4 or 5 vineyards.  We will start in the AM (around 9:30 or 10 AM) from Airport Plaza.. then head out to:

1) Waters Crest Winery
22355 Rte. 48, Unit 6
Cutchogue, NY 11935
Phone: 631-734-5065
www.waterscrestwinery.com
jwaters0@optonline.net

next we will go the oldest vineyard on Long Island :

2) Castello di Borghese Vineyard & Winery
Route 48/Alvah's Lane
Cutchogue, NY 11935
Phone: 631-734-5111
www.castellodiborghese.com
info@castellodiborghese.com

after them   continuing west we will come to:

3) Macari Vineyards & Winery
150 Bergen Ave.
Mattituck, 11952
Phone: 631-298-0100
www.macariwines.com
macari@peconic.net

and the possible last stop would be :

4)  Roanoke Vineyards
3543 Sound Avenue
Riverhead, NY 11910
Phone: 631-727-4161
www.roanokevineyards.com
info@roanokevineyards.com

(for all you gps-ers.. there are the addresses and websites)

afterwards.. depending on the time... we might or might not try for a dinner/bite to eat at ..well.. it could be the Lobster Roll Northside or possibly the Steamroom (with a nice ride back... same route we've taken before... (side note.. Sue and I tried it yesterday.. and had 5 deer pass in front of us on Shore Dr in Mt Sinai..big surprise))

if people want.. we might try to do :

Loughlin Vineyards
P.O. Box 385, South Main Street
Sayville, NY 11782
Phone: 631-589-0027
www.loughlinvineyard.com
for info.. read here:
The vineyard is located on the grounds of the historical
Meadow Croft estate located on Middle Road
in Sayville, New York in the middle of the Suffolk County
Sans Souci Lake Nature Preserve which divides Sayville
on the west from Bayport on the east.

 So  who's coming??
