I know many of the club members are interest because I get emails every week from someone asking about joining us at the rallies. We are planning on three major rallies between now and September; Lancaster PA Rally, Atlantis Aquarium Tour and the most famous RLI-V (Round-Long-Island #5) I am meeting with Matt from the Famingdale Bowling Lanes this Friday after 4pm to plan on monthly meetings there and possibly a weekly MINI-tuning-nights to be held on Thursdays or Friday every week from 6-7pm thru 10pm followed by bowling and visiting their food&beer court and maybe going to movies?

The next Club monthly meeting is being planned for 3rd or 4th Sunday of July followed by BBQ at BZZZZ house in Bethpage and yes we have a in ground swimming pool.

Lets see some responses here!

well
I'm set.. and anxious.. gonna see some bridges, play mini golf, eat shoo fly pie see some quaint buggies and have some good simple food..

 and RELAX!!!!

hey  this is just the test run.. and I'm friggin psyched.. got some road choices from a woman at Stoltzfus...
and chris.. the spruce lane lodge sounds like Just the ticket!!! thanks.. seems both Paul an I will be staying in the Lodge

now.. to convert my mini into a Moulton Taylor Aerocar Mini.. since the lodge is right NEXT to an airport.. (anyone think that could happen???.. maybe more for a smart car..)

still  I was hoping for a few more responses. not necessarily all of you going with us... BUT.. at least some feedback

hey   that only means..... more ShooFly pie for me

since we are staying over.. might try to find an old abandoned distillery  (yeah  that's me) found it once.. but want to shoot it this time... the Bomberger's or Michter's Distillery... the OLDEST one in the US! seriously!!! look it up!!

 and who knows where else

YES! we had a great two day weekend as Rob said. The weather was sunny all day every day and just fantastic playing MINI-Golf, taking pictures of covered bridges, watching horse-buggy go bay every minute including a tractor parade which ended up with a MINI imagine that.  The home cooked food was great and I am very discriminative as far as that goes. Drove around some fun roads, stopped at the oldest distillery in the country, sorry just abandon ruins...and much more but that we leave for you to discover.

We have a plan and a route everyone will enjoy, now we need to schedule a date to do this with the rest of you guise! Post your preferred weekend sometime late in August at this forum thread.
